1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
2. In the left navigation pane, expand Show All > Settings > Org Settings.
3. Click on Security and Privacy.
4. Select the Password Expiration Policy.
5. Ensure that the checkbox labeled Set user passwords to expire after a number of days is ticked.
6. Enter 100 in the Days before passwords expire field.
7. Click Save changes to save the changes.
