The names analysis. Competitor analysis

Let's say you and I both run a Copilot training course. We're both very similar. We have similar content, revenue, pricing, etc. Now if you follow me on Twitter and LinkedIn you might notice some changes. For example, you might notice I start following financial thought leaders, and finance influencers. Now maybe, I'm just becoming more interested in finance. Or maybe I'm thinking about creating a course on Copilot in finance. Light bulb moment!

Or maybe you're receiving a lot of "The price is too high!" complaints. Compared to who? Are you really priced too high? Or maybe your positioning is off. Let's dive in and take a look:

Can you gather a list of everyone that has PRODUCT? Gather the product name, price, URL, and popularity/rating. Put all the data in a table please.

Okay, now we have our competitors. So let's do a complete analysis of them with this behemoth.

Analyze my competitor COMPETITOR and provide detailed information on the following aspects:

* Products and Services: Describe the types and variety of products or services they offer, including their features, quality, and any unique selling points.

* Pricing Strategies: Explain how they price their products or services, including any discounts, promotions, or pricing models they use.

* Market Positioning: Assess how they position themselves in the market, including their brand reputation, target audience, and value proposition.

* Marketing Tactics: Observe their marketing strategies, such as advertising channels, social media presence, content marketing, and SEO tactics.

* Customer Base: Identify who their customers are, including demographics, preferences, and customer loyalty.

* Distribution and Delivery: Examine how they distribute and deliver their products or services, including their supply chain, logistics, and any partnerships.

* Innovation and Technology: Look at the innovation methods and technologies they use to stay ahead, including any patents, research and development efforts, and new product launches.

* Financial Performance: Review their financial health, including revenue, profit margins, and investment in growth areas.

* Customer Service: Evaluate the quality of customer service they provide, including response times, customer satisfaction, and support channels.

* Employee Insights: Understand the number of employees, company culture, and any notable talent or leadership within their organization.

* Provide a comprehensive analysis based on the above points.

Now I've got all kinds of information on my competitors and I didn't even have to search for it. It took a minute, not hours.

Of course, Copilot can't access all the information. I typically still enter the websites into similar web or another competitor analysis website.
