She wear short skirts, I use sources

Sometimes you need sources. If you're writing for a professional news organization etc. Other times you just want a source to add value to your own thoughts, opinions, etc. Here's some good tips.

Prompt 1: Find me 5 quotes about TOPIC. Please provide the author and any other source information I should quote.

This is a great way to get quotes from famous people/influencers about a topic. But we can do better.

Prompt 2: Find me 5 quotes about TOPIC from PROFESSION. Please provide the author and any other source information I should quote. Here's my example: Find me 5 quotes about AI being a threat from world leaders. Please provide the author and any other source information I should quote.

Now we are getting somewhere. We can get quotes about our topic from people that our audience would care to listen to.

Or maybe you're writing a research paper for school or something and need some reputable sources. I got you:

Find SOURCE_TYPE about TOPIC.

The source type can be virtually anything: credible sources, scholarly articles, books, journals, peer-reviewed articles, government publications, news articles.

We can expand that further too: Search PLACE for SOURCE_TYPE on TOPIC. This would be good if you're looking for something from JSTOR, Fox News, or some other place particularly.

You can get pretty granular too. Here's an example prompt I used to get more information about consuming fiber and weight loss: Search JSTOR for scholarly articles on fiber and weight loss. Please include the type of fiber used, the amount of weight loss, and the amount of fiber eaten. Now I have the content I need with links to where I found the information. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
